Any ideas for Cool baby names?

Every one keeps asking me If have any names picked out. I feel stupid because I can't come up with anything.Im not sure what Im having yet. Im stumped!

Don't go for a "cool" name. It will be out-dated and silly soon enough. Find a classic name that will flatter a professional adult (not just a cute toddler.) Think of how a hiring manager will go through resumes and decide who comes in for an interview. Most people will skip right past "Princess" or "Echo" or anything similarly silly or bizarre. I'd also recommend that you avoid the current trends of naming boys after girls, girls after boys, and both after dogs.





No matter what you pick, remember that a few parents took one look at the newborn and decided the picked name didn't suit the child at all :)





Don't feel stupid, either. Just tell everyone you're taking your time!
Reply:You have at least 5 months to go - what's the rush? There are a zillion places to look for names for your baby - don't worry about other people pushing you for a name. Please consider a normal name, spelled properly for your baby - I can't believe some of the names people hang on their kids.

Reply:Before finalizing the name make sure its okay. Kids will have it when they are babies, kids, teenagers, adults, and old people. So, decide wisely.





I've always thought that Lyric Melody would be adorable. Maybe Peyton Elizabeth (My niece) or Peyton Josie, those are super cute.





Boys could be Dustyn James or Mason Aaron. Maybe just an average name like Adam James, or whatever.

Reply:Boys - Alexander, Stephen, and Michael are my favorite boy names. Names like Liam, Aidan, Gabriel, and Oliver are appealing as well.





Girls - I'm fond of Lilian, Elizabeth, Isabella...those names that can be shortened up but still sound classy for when they're adults.
