Need some ideas please! The last name starts with L. Easy ten points... We like unique names and we definately don't want an Emily or Jacob!

Reply:A bit predictable but not obnoxious. However, if they give one baby a name with K they should be prepared to name the entire family with that initial and that might get hard in time depending on how many they want. Eventually it might also get corny but it is up them.





Names with K that I like are: Kenneth, Keefer, Keatton, Keegan and Kieran for boys and Katrina, Kyra, Kenzie and Kendall for girls.

Reply:It's not too obnoxious, but be prepared to name every subsequent child with the same letter, so they aren't left out. We have friends who did that and it ended up they had three kids...all five family members started with A.





We named our daughter Aya, pronounced I (like Ice) -YA, Brynne.





One thing that helped me when I was coming up with a list of names was to look at the top names from the Social Security bureau and look at the very bottom of the list. Names that are not TOO weird, but also aren't very common right now.
